S Ganesan
Director and CEO
One of the early birds into the Online Marketing & Advertising
domain, Ganesan had 13 years of hardcore IT experience in BHEL
and 1 year as Group Consultant in NIIT before being the CEO
of a few ventures of Brilliant Tutorials, viz., Brilliant’s
Computer Centre, CompuGen, B.School, and Firstware Software
Solutions over a period of 10 years. He is an online business
strategist and consults for internet-start-ups, especially eCommerce
businesses.
A grad from Asia’s oldest Engineering College, Guindy
Engineering College (now Anna University), with post graduation
in IT from Regional Engineering College, Trichy, he was later
drafted as a Member of the Indian Prime Minister’s Working
Group on IT-HRD of the National IT Task Force and Prof. Anandakrishnan
Committee on Higher Education of Tamil Nadu.
Quite keen on sharing his learning, Ganesan has presented many
technical and business papers in different professional forums.
And he is also a Director and the CEO of Geostar Publishing
& Services LLC.

Ravichandran
Director - Special
Projects
An IITian, Ravi was with BHEL for nearly two decades before
moving on to First Computers in the mid 1990s. Later, he also
headed the Research & Development at Pentafour Software.
He has 30 years' hands-on experience in developing and guiding
software projects in Engineering and Education.
Ravi is analytical with everything he does and is always keen
to create systems where none exist. An early bird on the internet
bandwagon, Ravi says if he isn’t on a system he’s
probably plugged to soothing Carnatic music.
Suresh Iyer
Director - (Content Development)
A graduate in Maths and Statistics from Bombay University,
he has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from
India's premium business school, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute
of Management Studies, Bombay.
An ex-banker with 20 years of management experience with
India's leading nationalised bank, PNB, Suresh is a Certified
Associate Of the Indian Institute Of Bankers.
With a passion for the English language, he has eclectic
experience that includes copywriting, teaching (including
at institutes and colleges in two countries abroad), and editing
(he was on the editorial team of a national newspaper of a
South-East Asian country).
K Ganesh
Director - Technical
An Engineer from Pondicherry Engineering College, Ganesh
has over 4 years of experience in Technical, Webmaster and
System Administration functions.
Ganesh has also managed projects involving blogs, and content
management systems like Drupal, Mambo, Moodle, Joomla, etc.
Well-versed in paid and free Search engine marketing, Ganesh
has an in-depth understanding of all aspects of internet marketing
and e-Commerce.
R Radha Krishnan
Director - Operations
An all-rounder with experiece in Administration, Finance
and ccounts, in diverse industries and functions, Radha Krishnan
acts as the hub in the Company, coordinating all aspects of
the company.
He also takes special interest in ensuring that all new projects
are well-coordinated in the early stages.
K S Sarma
Director - HRD
Director & CEO of Life Skills (India) Training Private
Limited, Chennai.
An engineer by choice, he had a long innings of 26 years
with Batliboi Ltd, the last ten being in senior management.
A trainer par excellence, Sarma has conducted hundreds of
programs for corporates, professional bodies and educational
institutions.
He was a guest faculty in reputed institutions including
the Indian Institute of Management. A well-known speaker in
business and academic circles, in 1999, he moved to build
a full-time career in management education and training. A
sought-after speaker, Sharma has lectured in many Rotary Clubs
across South India and a few overseas.
Presently, he is the Director & CEO of Life Skills (India)
Training Private Limited, Chennai, a company devoted to education,
training and committed to human development. One of its programs,
NewGen, is a specialized HRD program for school students.
K S Satagopan
Director – Finance
In three decades with BHEL, one of the top Indian Engineering
Companies, Satagopan rose from the position of Accounts Executive
to be Head of Finance & Accounts of BHEL, Ranipet, one
of the manufacturing units. He has also served in the IT Division
(EDP) for a brief period. A Financial Consultant for a range
of companies in India, he brings to the table a critical set
of skills in Finance, Accounts and Company Law.
Having graduated in Commerce, Sadagopan’s love for
numbers is understandable.
